I'm Will Turner and Squall Leonhart/Leon in Ruka's Kingdom Hearts/Disney DA crew!
The eyes look a tiny bit too far apart. Have you heard the rule that a head is about 5 eye-lengths wide and the space between the eyes is one eye-length? That applies really well in a full-on face drawing but it doesn't always have apply to anime. Just make sure the eyes look right.
The only other thing is the hair outline you have there is really high. An extremely helpful way to determine hair size is to lightly continue to draw the head out as if it were bald, and then the hair will start just above that line. ^_~
